Hi, I'm Kara, the hands and heart behind Kara's Bakery! Founded in 2026, this little Houston-based home bakery was born out of a love for feeding the people I care about.
There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh bread and warm cookies baking in the oven, and I wanted to bring that same comfort to your kitchen table. We specialize in the perfect balance of savory and sweet: deeply flavorful, crusty artisan sourdough bread and rich, delicious homemade cookies.
As a local cottage bakery, every single order is mixed, shaped, and baked by me in my home kitchen. Thank you for letting my baking be a small part of your family's meals!
